Cutty Sark

Movie: The Four Feathers

In 2000 we manufactured nine canvas sails for the Cutty Sark for the filming of the Heath Ledger film The Four Feathers.

We have also made Hand made sails for "PAN", "Gulliver's Travels" staring Jack Black and "In the Heart of the Sea" with Chris Hemsworth

Tailor made covers for industrial machinery

This sampling machine had to be located in a dusty environment so need to be protected.

But it was also necessary to view the screen and have easy acces to the main power switch



Fire retardant pvc cover

We manufactured a bespoke cover which protected the machine whilst allowing easy viewing of the screen and a velcro tear away section for easy access to the emergency power switch.

We used M2 fire rated PVC.

 


Playground Sandpit Cover

A pvc sandpit cover made to fit around the posts, to frotect the sand from the weather and fouling by foxes.



School Lunch bag Trolley Covers


Woodside primary School in Grays ,Essex asked us to made cover for the lunch trolleys.

We made them in a variety of colours with symbols welded on to help the pupils to identify their trolley.
